knowledgebase (ushik) is an on-line, publicly accessible registry and repository of healthcare-related metadata, specifications, and standards. ushik is funded and directed by the agency for ushik contains electronic quality measures that are available to the public for feedback. all feedback is submitted to cms for review. ushik has recently added functionality to allow measure
